Dr. Judith Josiah Martin, with over 40 years of experience in social work, leads a dedicated team of five seasoned mental health practitioners at JAMA PD, And with well over 120 years combine experience, they support families and organizations in transformational processes.
Dr. Josiah Martin’s expertise spans clinical practice with individuals, families, and groups, specializing in substance use, trauma-related disorders, family dynamics, and interventions for underrepresented populations. She also focuses on fostering equity and inclusion through intercultural communication. Beyond her professional work, Dr. Josiah Martin is an avid reader, musician, world traveler, and outdoor enthusiast.

In 2021, during a time of global angst and isolation, we answered the call from mental health professionals facing burnout and compassion fatigue, as well as working parents navigating the challenges of remote and hybrid work.
They sought guidance, connection, and hope—and we delivered.
What began as a grassroots effort to support these incredible individuals quickly grew into a thriving community.
Within just six months, we empowered over 250 people through transformative retreats, impactful trainings, personalized mentorship, and group support.
The organic outpouring of referrals affirmed the life-changing impact of our services and inspired us to formalize our mission.
