Kessie is a time management consultant and owner of K Silas Efficiency Consulting.

Her specialty lies in finding how people spend their time and how people can maximize their time for less effort.

Kessie graduated with her Master of Social Work degree in 2022 and has been working to bridge the gap between helpful technology and working professionals ever since.
