Jack is actively engaged in our community. He provides consultations for pastors and faith-based leaders, sharing insights and strategies around mental health. His expertise lies particularly in treating complex PTSD, where he employs evidence-based practices such as recovery-oriented cognitive therapy (CT-R), the structural dissociation model, and EMDR therapy. Jack tailors his therapeutic interventions to meet the diverse needs of his clients, ensuring they experience comprehensive recovery and transformation. His philosophy revolves around empowering individuals to regain control over their mental well-being and resilience, guiding them toward healing and personal growth.

Ms. Dezso is a clinician of mental health and co-occurring disorders, researcher, and community liaison, who works with children and families, senior citizens, and individuals with substance use disorders. Her areas of specialization include substance use, LBGTQIA+ issues, life transitions, and intergenerational development.

Her specialty is children aged 0-5. We as a team are also mentored Highly Qualified Parenting Experts who ensure that our content is steeped in the science for raising thriving children. She is the voice behind content created by JAMA PDS and a mentor to Dr. Judi on the science of child development.

He also owned his own restaurant and spent 15 years in the culinary field before embarking on his current career. Tom is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, University of Maine with a degree in Philosophy, and a Masters Degree from the University of Maine School of Social Work.

He has worked with a diverse range of individuals, with an emphasis on substance use in adults and adolescents, personality disorders, and children with traumatic histories. In his practice, Tom emphasizes experiential therapy, encouraging bilateral stimulation in the outdoors and engaging in mindfulness practices throughout the sessions. Through this methodology with a solid grounding in the confluence of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Relational Framework Theory with the lens of Object Relations Theory, Tom has found success in reaching and supporting his clients.
